UPDATE: This line has completely shifted to Cincinnati -1.5. This shows that our early predictions were correct and Vegas pivoted to correct the earlier miscalculation. While this changes things, we still believe that the Cincinnati side of this is the side to be on. We also still think you could be safe just taking the Bengals outright.

There is no doubt that the Eagles looked dominant against the Giants, but the Eagles looked dominant against the Giants all year. The 49ers are a different beast. While Brock Purdy is going to prove to be human at some point, I dont think it happens yet. The reason for this lies in the 49ers scheme. The offensive scheme they run puts a ton of pressure on opposing defenses. Couple that with the talent that San Fran has at the skill positions, and he is being put in a great position to succeed. They also have a defense that matches up well with anyone. While the Eagles will prove to be a challenge on both sides of the ball, we believe that the 49ers win this game outright.
